If a student withdraws from a course and/or a unit before the census date, there is no financial penalty. However if a student discontinue/intermits after the census date the student will be held liable for the full tuition fee as invoiced on their Enrolment Details and Fee Statement.

How to apply for a deferment / cancellation / intermission:
The following forms, available at Student Services, should be completed to apply for:

  • Discontinuation – ‘Enrolment Amendment’ from – To be submitted prior to census date

If a student is not able to complete the form and submit it in person they will be allowed to fax a signed letter to Student Services informing of what action (deferment/cancellation/intermission) should be taken.
