Closing Dates
Conferring both pass and honours degrees
A student who has applied to graduate for both the pass degree and the honours degree and who wishes to graduate with both degrees may not be awarded both degrees in person at the same ceremony. One will be awarded in absentia. Please make sure you lodge two application forms. Generally graduands prefer to attend for their honours degree and have their pass degree awarded in absentia.

ID numbers of students who have applied to graduate will appear on the
Graduations website
Special Needs
If you or one of your guests have a special need (eg. wheelchair access or assistance on stage), you will need to indicate your special needs to your ceremony co-ordinator and we will endeavour to accommodate your special needs.
