Monash CHEQ visit to South Africa
23 June 2006
In support of Monash University’s commitment to embracing improved
methods of operating and meeting rigorous quality standards, service level
agreements (SLAs) were introduced for support services. These agreements
assist in the move towards self-sustaining, transparent business management
where the quality of support services can be easily demonstrated.
