Certified copies
A certified copy of a document is one which has been stamped, signed and dated to confirm that it is a true copy of the original by an authorised person.
Authorised persons include:
- your current or previous educational institution (in which case documents must be sent in a sealed envelope directly from the institution)
- a Monash registered agent
- a Monash staff member
- a solicitor
- a commissioner for declarations
- a government official
- a notary public
To request certification of a copy of a document, take both the original document and the copy to your chosen authorised official.
Certified copies and online applications
Soft (electronic) versions of your certified copies must be submitted with your online applications, but before we can make you a full offer of a course place, we need to see a certified hard (paper) copy of your results documents.
International students must supply:
- your results documents
- English test results (if you have these)
You will need to post these to us as soon as you can.
Documents, quoting your student or application number can be sent to:
