Allocate+What is Allocate+?Allocate+ is an online allocation system, which can be accessed from any computer in the world that has Internet access. Allocate+ is used to allocate students to tutorials and lectures and allows students to view their personalised timetable online. As a staff member, you can use Allocate+ to retrieve and print off class lists. Allocate+ is normally a preference-based system and students are usually asked to put in preferences for which tutorials they want to attend. Because of time constraints, students will not be asked to enter preferences for this semester at South Africa. Students will be allocated to tutorials by the system and from 22 February, students will be able to view their timetables. From the 22nd, staff will be able to retrieve class lists. Log into Allocate+Click on the following link and enter your Authcate username and password to log into Allocate+: Allocate+ Staff Login (this will open a new browser window) NOTE: Allocate+ will not be accessible from 9am Thursday - 9am Friday (SA time) while Australian students are being allocated.
