Allocate+ For Staff

As a staff member, you can use Allocate+ to retrieve and print off class lists.

Students will be allocated to tutorials by the system and from 22 February, students will be able to view their timetables. From the 23rd, staff will be able to retrieve class lists.

Log into Allocate+

Click on the following link and enter your Authcate username and password to log into Allocate+:
Allocate+ Staff Login (this will open a new browser window)

NOTE: Allocate+ will not be accessible from 9am Thursday - 9am Friday (SA time) while Australian students are being allocated.

If you cannot log in, or do not see any units after you log in, please email the timetabling office for help

Retrieving a class list

Retrieve class lists by following these steps:

  1. Click on your unit in the left panel
  2. Tick the class lists you need in the "Class Lists" section, then click "Generate PDF"
  3. Print class lists as needed. Please note that students may change their allocations online, so the best time to retrieve and print the class lists is first thing in the morning of the day of the activity

Retrieving a class list in Excel format

If you need class lists in Excel format, follow these steps:

  1. Click on "Reports"
  2. Click on the "Student List" report
  3. Type your unit code and make sure you have % at the end (e.g. ABC1234%)
  4. Click on Run Report
  5. Then click on spreadsheet to open in Excel

Viewing enrolment numbers

There is an hourly feed of enrolment information into Allocate+, so to view up-to-date enrolment numbers, follow these steps:

  1. Click on your unit
  2. Click on the red "Manage Subject" button
  3. Enrolment numbers are listed on left panel
